Hygiene concept

Dear guests,

we are looking forward to welcoming you back. To protect you and our team, we ask you to comply with the following protective measures based on the CoronaVO. Please note that we do not always know how long the measures will be valid. We will try to implement any short-term changes made by the state government for you immediately.

If you feel ill in any way or have been in contact with an infected person within the last fourteen days, we ask you to stay at home.

Visiting our house is currently only possible for those who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested negative. The second vaccination must be at least 14 days old, the certified negative corona test must not be older than 24 hours and the proof of recovery (at least 28 days after a positive PCR result) must not be older than 6 months. According to the new regulation, guests without proof of recovery or vaccination must present another negative corona test every three days.

Exception: Children up to the age of 6, they always have the right to enter, even without the corresponding proof.

There are distance markings on the floor, please keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from other guests and our staff wherever possible and avoid physical contact, shaking hands and hugging.

The protective distances should also be observed on stairs, doors, elevators and sanitary rooms.

For your protection and the protection of our employees, a plexiglass panel has been installed at the reception.

When checking in, contact between guests and employees, as well as tactile contact with items (e.g. pens, keys, etc.) is limited to what is necessary and cleaned after each use.

We are happy to bring your suitcase to your room, but will not accompany you in the elevator. Our employees use gloves for this.

We smile with our eyes - our employees wear mouth and nose masks when we take you to your room

Hand cleaning and disinfection options are available in our sanitary facilities.

You can also use our disinfectant dispensers at the entrances and in the spa area

Please also note our separate signs for rules of conduct at the entrance

We disinfect potentially vulnerable surfaces for you daily and at regular intervals (e.g. light switches, door handles, handles, toilets, taps, soap dispensers and much more)

Every employee has completed hygiene training and is informed about the currently applicable measures

We have adapted our concept and serve you breakfast at the table

Some of the breakfast components are on the buffet and are served by our staff according to your wishes

According to Section 7 of the CoronaVO, we are obliged to record your contact details when you visit our establishment (hotel, restaurant and wellness area). This also applies to those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered.

For the purpose of contact tracing, we offer encrypted contact details via the luca app. We cannot read these; only the health department can request and decrypt the contact history.

Alternatively, you can register in writing on site using an address slip. These are kept for 4 weeks in accordance with the GDPR and then destroyed.

A timely reservation in advance is required

Please bring a medical mask with you for your booked treatment

Our employees wear a medical face mask, gloves and protective goggles during the treatment, and depending on the treatment, a face shield

For all facial treatments that are carried out WITHOUT a mask, we require a current (not older than 24 hours) certified negative rapid test from you - with proof for documentation. The self-tests for home use are unfortunately not sufficient for this.

For the body-close treatments where a medical mask can be worn (pedicure, manicure, massage, etc. ...) we do not require a rapid test. However, the mask must be worn for the entire stay.

We ask you to ventilate your room regularly yourself.

Our guest rooms are ventilated at regular intervals and air purifiers are used in certain areas.

We thank you in advance for your understanding of this important measure to prevent infection through infectious aerosols.

To protect each other, all of our employees wear medical masks.

We also ask that you bring your medical masks with you and wear them when you are in all public areas.

In order to comply with the distance regulations (2.5 m² per person), we have reduced the number of our tables. We therefore ask you to reserve a table in good time.

We will seat you, please keep your distance in the entrance area of ​​the restaurant and orient yourself according to the floor markings.

Terrace: The above points must be taken into account here

All haptic contact points (e.g. ballpoint pens, menus, drinks menus, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected after each use

We do not use cruets - you can get these from the service staff - and we clean them after each use

Hotel guests can have their services booked to their hotel room.

Cash payments are made contactless using a cash tray

We ask for your understanding that we have to adapt our service somewhat and that not everything can go on as usual. For example, we cannot confirm table requests in the current situation. Our staff will welcome you at the entrance as usual and accompany you to your table. We would like to ask you to wear your mask until you are seated at the table. We also ask you to wear your mask when leaving the table.

If the incidence rate is below 100, a maximum of 2 households with no more than 5 people (children under 14 years of age are not included) may sit at one table. Couples who do not live together count as one household. Vaccinated and recovered people are not counted.

If the incidence rate is below 50 (must be confirmed by the district office), a maximum of 3 households with no more than 10 people (children under 14 years of age are not included) may sit at one table. Couples who do not live together count as one household. Vaccinated and recovered people are not counted.

In opening step 1, our restaurant can unfortunately only be opened until 9 p.m.

In opening step 2, we can have our restaurant open until 10 p.m.

We are only allowed to open the swimming pool and sauna area for hotel guests in stage 2, which will be possible 15 days after opening step 1 if the incidence rate drops
