Asparagus season

You love asparagus? Classic with Hollandaise and Kratzete or more unconventional? With ham, veal cutlet or as a solo artist? From spring to Johanni we serve you the royal vegetables in all variations. The nicest thing about it: the tender asparagus spears grow right outside our front door!

Chanterelles

The chanterelle makes the end of the asparagus time easier and is more than a sauce base for us. We serve this treasure of European coniferous forests as the centerpiece of a chanterelle menu, as a side dish to meat and in many, perhaps unknown, but all the more delicious variations.

Fragrant herbs, crisp salads, young vegetables - the summer kitchen attracts above all with freshness and lightness. Fittingly we recommend you refreshing summer wines which you can enjoy in our new, cozy garden restaurant with a view of the Kaiserstuhl.

Pumpkin-cappuccino, pumpkin-buttons, fish fillet in the pumpkin coat, pumpkin-mousse – the pumpkin is more than a decoration or soup vegetable. Goose

Martini ends the agricultural year. The fields are harvested, the wine is pressed and the meat of the geese is now the tastiest. Enjoy a variety of goose specialties in our cozy restaurant - goose fat, rillettes, goose liver, goose breast or leg. Always delicious!
